The key components are the Hydro Traveler and the Xiao Lanterns, which players can collect during the Lantern Rite Festival. The trick lies in strategically positioning a specific number of Xiao Lanterns around a boss. Once in place, the Hydro Traveler casts their Elemental Burst, triggering a dramatic reduction in the boss’s health bar.
This phenomenon occurs because the Elemental Burst inflicts additional Area of Effect (AoE) damage upon interacting with an object. With a hundred lanterns in play, the damage can soar into the millions, making short work of any boss.
