Finding the Storm King
The final quests involve defeating Raven and activating the Tempest Gateway. After helping the Storm Chasers, Raven's lair will be marked on your map (talk to Carl to find out where). The Raven battle requires dodging dynamite and blocking melee attacks while using your crossbow.
To power the Tempest Gateway, you need at least 10 Eye of the Storm items. Some are acquired from defeating Raven and upgrading the base camp; others are found in Storm Dungeons.

Defeating the Storm King
With the Tempest Gateway active, face the Storm King! This boss fight resembles a raid boss encounter. Attack the glowing yellow points on his body. He'll become more aggressive after each weak point is destroyed. When stunned, unleash your strongest melee attacks.
The Storm King employs ranged and melee attacks. A glowing mouth indicates an impending laser; dodge left or right. He also summons meteors and throws rocks (observe their trajectories). If he raises his hands, he's about to slam the ground – get out of the way! A direct hit is devastating.
Once all weak points are destroyed, his armor breaks, leaving him vulnerable. Keep the pressure on, watch his attacks, and you'll conquer the Storm King!
