While the complete cast hasn't been officially announced, Ella Purnell (Lucy MacLean) and Walton Goggins (Cooper "The Ghoul" Howard) are expected to return. Uggams hinted at intriguing developments for her character, Betty Pearson, a Vault-Tec executive assistant, promising surprises for fans. "I am with the Vault People, so I didn’t get to see what the Earth people were doing," she teased. "So when it came on, I was blown away. But Betty’s got some things up her sleeve. Just stay tuned."

A tentative release date of 2026 is projected, considering the filming and post-production timeline. This aligns with the production schedule of Season 1, which filmed around July 2022 and premiered in April 2024. However, an official release date remains unconfirmed.
