Disney Dreamlight Valley: Aladdin Quest Guide & Rewards

Disney Dreamlight Valley's free Tales of Agrabah update brought Aladdin and Princess Jasmine to Dreamlight Valley, allowing players to welcome them both home. This guide details Aladdin's friendship quests and rewards, and how to unlock them.

Aladdin’s Friendship Quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Aladdin's arrival kicks off with a simple request: a photo with the Magic Carpet. Equip the Carpet as a companion (found in your wardrobe), snap a selfie, and complete the "Carpet Diem" quest.

Good As Gold (Level 2 Friendship)

Level up Aladdin with his favorite gifts to unlock "Good As Gold." Aladdin needs your help casing Scrooge McDuck's shop to test his new security system. First, chat with Scrooge and take photos: one of the vault door, and two showcasing the staircases (aim for wide shots to cover all requirements efficiently). Then, talk to Aladdin. He'll suggest dark, sporty attire (optional, but enhances the experience!).

Once dressed, speak to Aladdin. He’ll instruct you to press the large red button near the counter, activating Scrooge's security system. The shop transforms, with lights and buttons controlling their position. The goal is to navigate downstairs and reach the button (without triggering alarms). This requires some experimentation; start with the central button Aladdin indicates, then systematically turn off lights and reposition spotlights using the other buttons. The solution is to press the center button, the back right button (twice), the button above the right staircase, the button above the left staircase, and finally, the center button again. Downstairs, press the right-side button, then the left counter button, and finally the button to the left of the counter.

Coins will appear; collect all four by gliding and interacting. Give them to Aladdin. More coins escaped into Dreamlight Valley – collect nine more scattered around your valley. Finally, return to Aladdin and Jasmine's house and give him the remaining coins. Take a photo with Aladdin and the gold, then speak to both Aladdin and Scrooge. Finally, talk to Aladdin to complete the quest.

Bring Your Own Carpet (Level 4 Friendship)

Aladdin wants a Dreamlight Magic Carpet! Merlin directs you to the Dreamlight Library for three books (Fabric Enchantment, Carpet Weaving, and Flying Technique). Locate them (back left corner, back right shelf, and left of the central desk). Give the books to Aladdin. He'll then ask you to gather supplies from Minnie: 4 Dream Shards, 4 Blue Hydrangeas (Dazzle Beach), 4 Purple Bell Flowers (Forest of Valor), and 25 Fiber (Kristoff's stall or crafting).

Give Aladdin the supplies; he'll create the carpet. Interact with the carpet to make it fly. Aladdin will then lead you on a tour of Dreamlight Valley using the carpet (this is a glider skin; you'll need full energy to use it). Follow the quest markers to glide under the Plaza banner, across the Forest of Valor, down to Dazzle Beach, up to Peaceful Meadow, back to Dazzle Beach, across the bridge, and finally to the pier's end. Remember, this is a glider; obstacles will still affect your flight.

After completing the tour, speak to Aladdin to finish the quest.

All That Glitters (Level 7 Friendship)

At Friendship Level 7, Aladdin needs help creating a bouquet for Jasmine. Gather 4 yellow and 6 purple flowers, then show them to him. He'll then reveal a quest to find treasure using a scroll from Scrooge. The scroll mentions "the mermaid's isle."

Travel to Ariel's island. Find and insert the Golden Sun Piece into the tall rock. Dig up the buried box, fish out the pillar piece, and open the barrel. Interact with the pillar, then take a photo. Talk to Maui, Ariel, and Rapunzel—they can't help.

Return to Ariel's island; Jasmine is there! She reveals the pillar pieces rotate and that there are clues on the island. The Golden Sun Piece clue is: "From the tiniest seed, water creates blooms as tall as golden towers." Arrange the pillar pieces accordingly (water, seed, flower). Collect the treasure and give it to Aladdin. Speak to him again to receive the golden tea set and complete the quest.

Rewards from Aladdin’s Friendship Path in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Friendship level increases through daily conversations, gifts, and completing tasks with Aladdin. Serving him meals (especially 4- or 5-star dishes) in restaurants also boosts friendship.
