How To Demand a Trade in MLB The Show 25 Road to the Show

In MLB The Show 25, even the most dedicated baseball players sometimes crave a change of scenery. Fortunately, San Diego Studio's Road to the Show mode offers a path to a new team, even if it's not as straightforward as in previous versions.

After completing your high school career, you'll choose between college or going pro. While your initial team is set, the allure of a different organization is always present. Unlike previous iterations, you can't directly request a trade. However, there's a clever workaround.

Navigate to the Road to the Show settings and find the "Trade Frequency" slider. Adjusting this slider to the maximum increases the likelihood of trades occurring throughout the mode, including your own potential move. While this doesn't guarantee an immediate trade, it significantly boosts your chances.

Once your performance generates interest, your agent will alert you to potential trade offers. Carefully consider each opportunity, as there's no guarantee of further offers. Once you accept a trade, remember to lower the Trade Frequency slider to avoid constant trade requests.

That's how you effectively "demand" a trade in MLB The Show 25 Road to the Show. For more tips and strategies, check out our guide on the best pitching settings.
