PC Alpha Went Live on August 6, 2024!

The Delta Force PC Alpha Test kicked off on August 5 at 9 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT. However, the developers later announced that the Alpha Test would conclude on September 8, or Sept 7, 8 p.m. EDT / 5 p.m. PDT for those in the United States.

July 24 Update: New Alpha Test Date Announced

Delta Force unveiled the rescheduled Alpha Test date for August 6, 2024. Enthusiasts had multiple avenues to try their luck at gaining access, including the official website, the Steam page, and through Twitch drops or giveaways. For instance, a giveaway on their official Twitter/X account awarded codes to 100 fortunate winners.

July 16 Update: Alpha Test Postponed

During the pre-alpha test from July 11 - 15, critical gameplay issues were identified, impacting a small group of participants. Consequently, the developers postponed the planned July Alpha Test to address these issues and ensure an optimal gaming experience.

Initially Scheduled Alpha Test

Delta Force had originally planned to launch its Alpha Test on July 18 without a specified end date. Fans could attempt to gain access through player surveys on the official website, requests on the Steam page, or by watching Twitch streams to earn Steam keys via Twitch Drops.

A pre-alpha test from July 11 to 15 served as a stress test, allowing a limited number of players early access. Engaging with all available methods increased the chances of early participation.

The Alpha Test was exclusively for PC, accessible via the game's official client or Steam. Note that access to one platform did not guarantee access to the other, as cross-progression was not available during the Alpha Test.
