Candy Apple Cookie, wielding a giant lollipop, crushes enemies, reducing their attack and defense while simultaneously creating HP shields for allies and boosting their attack. His shattering lollipop shards further amplify enemy damage taken.
The Spire of Shadows storyline introduces the Confusion and Distortion mechanics (previously seen in Stage 7-4). Confusion increases damage received by the team, while simultaneously boosting Shadow Milk and Candy Apple Cookies. The Domain of Deceit effect, active on specific stages, reduces damage taken by these Cookies, adding a strategic layer to combat.
Players will also accompany Pure Vanilla Cookie on his journey to the Spire of All Knowledge, uncovering crucial memories and secrets that will impact the Cookie World. Completing this episode unlocks Bear Jelly Balloon expeditions, providing opportunities to gather Yeast Ore and increase Rainbow Pearls in the Trade Harbor.
