Blue Archive Update Adds New Character, Furthers Storyline

Blue Archive receives a major update featuring a new chapter in the main storyline, a new swimsuit character, and several new missions.

Nexon's latest update for Blue Archive continues the compelling Foreclosure Task Force narrative with Vol. 1 Chapter 3, Part 2: Traces of a Dream. This chapter focuses on the task force confronting new challenges following the Kaiser Group's retreat, despite the immediate threat subsiding. The lingering unresolved issues put the school's safety once again at risk.

The update also introduces the 3-star Mystic-type student Serika (Swimsuit), previously seen in the Abydos Resort Restoration Task Force event. This Dealer-type character excels at attacking multiple enemies within a circular area, dealing percentage-based damage.

Serika is a valuable asset for the new questline, joined by other returning students—Chise, Izuna, Shiroko, Wakamo, Mimori, and Nonomi—all sporting their own summer swimsuits.

This update also includes Area 26 missions (Normal and Hard modes), the Foreclosure Task Force Midnight Meeting Guide Task (running through December, offering Abydos Student IDs and Recruitment Tickets), and new achievements for both main story and regular missions.

Finally, the "Balancing Schale's Books" mini-event (until December 17th) with the General Student Council lets players earn Financial Calculators by spending AP on missions and commissions, redeemable for event rewards.
