Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask breakage and subsequent hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, ascend the stairs in the main hall, and access the elevator.

Accessing the Biotechnology Room

Activating the elevator triggers a mannequin-zombie transformation. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call from the circular desk directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Obtaining the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map's directions to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). In the A.C.R. room, eliminate more zombies. A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, collect armor plates, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook.

Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently defeat the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to return to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility by grappling from the security desk. Answer the phone call. Find and place four documents in the file display area.

Mannequins will pursue you; however, they freeze when you turn. Sprint to collect the documents: one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a small central table, and the last in the cafe. Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green Card.

Acquiring the Blue Card

Grapple to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone call. Locate the glass chamber and the Blue Card. Eliminate the Mimic that spawns.

The Mimic’s ability to disappear requires shooting moving objects to trigger its transformation. After defeating it, collect the Blue Card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Navigate to the East Wing (marked on the initial map). In the water-filled room, interact with the console to reveal the Red Card held by a Mangler. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, and climb the ladders. Eliminate zombies and unlock the door using the blacklight-revealed code.

Activate the timer and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds. One is in the starting room, one in the unlocked room, and the last requires the grappling hook. After draining the water, pursue the Mangler to obtain the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk system. Take the elevator to the top floor. A cinematic leads to a confrontation with the Disciple and a horde of zombies. The subsequent events reveal the encounter as a hallucination, concluding the mission.
