Each week's workouts are themed around a different Assassin's Creed installment:
- Week 1: Altair-inspired Assassin training, mirroring the original game's style.
- Week 2: Black Flag-themed pirate-style exercises.
- Week 3: Odyssey-inspired Spartan-focused workouts.
- Week 4: Valhalla-themed Viking-style training.
- Week 5: Samurai and ninja-inspired workouts, culminating in the launch of Shadows.
