May 2025 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Confirmed

Sony has unveiled an exciting lineup of games for the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in May 2025, promising a diverse range of titles for subscribers. Announced via a PlayStation.Blog post, the addition of six new games for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members is set to enhance the gaming experience starting May 20, 2025.

For those subscribed to the Extra tier, a total of nine captivating titles will be available across PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 platforms. Leading the charge is Sand Land, an action RPG that brings Akira Toriyama's renowned manga to life. Other notable additions include Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition and the comprehensive S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy. The latter is getting an enhanced version for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X | S, scheduled for release on the same date. GSC Game World has confirmed that owners of the original trilogy on consoles will receive this Enhanced Edition at no extra cost, though it remains uncertain if this benefit extends to PlayStation Plus subscribers.

Premium members are in for a treat with the classic title Battle Engine Aquila, available on both PS4 and PS5. This sci-fi action game offers a unique experience, allowing players to control a versatile war vehicle capable of engaging enemies both in the air and on the ground.
