AEROSPACE SANDBOX

In Juno: New Origins, players enter a 3D aerospace sandbox where they can design and test rockets, planes, cars, or any other vehicle using customizable parts. The game features realistic physics across land, sea, air, and space environments.

CAREER MODE + TECH TREE

Manage your own aerospace company by earning money and tech points as you advance through the game. Complete contracts to generate revenue; these range from hand-crafted missions to procedural challenges that provide endless gameplay hours. Achieve milestones and explore landmarks to gain tech points and unlock new technologies within the tech tree. Interactive tutorials guide players on how to build and operate rockets, cars, and airplanes.

RESIZE AND RESHAPE PARTS

Use intuitive tools to stretch and shape fuel tanks, wings, cargo bays, fairings, and nose cones to create your ideal design. Adjust the size of solar panels, landing gear, pistons, jet engines, and other components to suit your needs. Customize your craft with unique colors and fine-tune reflectiveness, emissiveness, and texture styles.

DESIGN ROCKET AND JET ENGINES

Engines offer extensive customization options, including power cycle, combustion pressure, gimbal range, fuel type, nozzle performance, and visuals. Create a powerful engine for liftoff or optimize one for vacuum conditions to maximize specific impulse (Isp) during interplanetary travel. Engine performance influences in-flight visuals through exhaust expansion or contraction based on atmospheric pressure interaction. While shock diamonds indicate suboptimal performance, they add visual flair; alternatively, you can simply attach pre-built engines and launch.

PROGRAM YOUR CRAFTS

Drag and drop code blocks to program your crafts for telemetry logging, automation, custom MFD touch screens, and more. Using Vizzy, a programming language built specifically for Juno: New Origins, you can enhance your craft's capabilities while learning coding, mathematics, and physics concepts.

REALISTIC ORBIT SIMULATION

Orbits are simulated realistically with time-warp support, allowing quick travel to other planets without long waits. The Map View helps visualize orbits and plan future burns for encounters with planets or satellites.
