Les jeux Netflix perdent deux GTA

Netflix Games perd deux titres Grand Theft Auto le mois prochain. Grand Theft Auto III et Grand Theft Auto : Vice City seront supprimés du catalogue de jeux Netflix le 13 décembre.

Pourquoi ces jeux partent-ils ?

L'accord de licence entre Netflix et Rockstar Games pour ces deux titres arrive à expiration. Il s’agit d’une pratique courante pour Netflix, qui autorise les jeux de la même manière qu’il accorde des licences aux films et aux émissions de télévision. Une notification « Partir bientôt » apparaîtra dans le jeu avant leur suppression. Les jeux ont été ajoutés à Netflix Games il y a exactement un an.

Que se passe-t-il après le 13 décembre ?

Après le 13 décembre, les abonnés Netflix n'auront plus accès à GTA III et Vice City via la plateforme Netflix Games. Cependant, les deux jeux sont disponibles à l'achat individuellement (4,99 $ chacun) ou dans le cadre d'un ensemble de trilogie (11,99 $) sur le Google Play Store. Cela contraste avec d'autres jeux supprimés de Netflix Games dans le passé, qui ont été supprimés sans préavis.

Possibilités futures ?

Bien que Rockstar Games ne renouvelle pas la licence pour ces titres spécifiques, des rumeurs courent selon lesquelles Rockstar et Netflix collaboreraient pour proposer des versions remasterisées de Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Grand Theft Auto : Vice City Stories et Grand Theft Auto : Chinatown Wars sur la plateforme à l'avenir.

Cette nouvelle fait suite à la suppression récente d'autres titres, tels que Samurai Shodown V et WrestleQuest. Il est à noter que la présence de la trilogie GTA a considérablement augmenté le nombre d'abonnés à Netflix Games en 2023.

BMX Half-Pipe & Features: A state-of-the-art concrete ramp system with rails, tabletops, and rails designed for jumps, grinds, and technical tricks.
Skate Plaza: A custom-built skate bowl and street course with ledges, rails, and transitions, perfect for both beginners and pros.
Parkour Training Zone: An elevated obstacle course with walls, boxes, and rails that challenge agility, strength, and creativity—ideal for parkour athletes and urban movement practitioners.

The unveiling was celebrated with a live event featuring top athletes from each discipline, including world-class BMX riders, pro skaters, and parkour performers. Red Bull also announced a series of monthly competitions, youth clinics, and community workshops to encourage participation and skill development.
“Red Bull Arena has always been about pushing limits—now we’re bringing that energy to the streets and the concrete,” said a Red Bull spokesperson. “This space isn’t just for elite athletes. It’s for anyone who wants to ride, roll, or leap into the next level.”
The BMX, skate, and parkour zone is open to the public and free to access, with free gear check-ins and safety zones provided. It’s a bold new chapter in Red Bull’s mission to inspire and empower urban athletes worldwide.
