NetEase's post-apocalyptic shooter, Once Human, is launching its first cross-play test, giving players a sneak peek at the cross-progression features arriving with the mobile launch in April. This closed beta confirms seamless transitions between devices.
Following the recent success of Marvel Rivals, NetEase's Once Human (initially released on PC) is finally making its way to mobile. The game casts players as survivors in a supernatural apocalypse, tasked with rebuilding society while battling monstrous threats and even potentially untrustworthy fellow humans.
The highly anticipated Once Human, with its striking visuals and blend of horror and run-and-gun action, has already undergone several beta tests. However, this cross-progression beta is particularly exciting, offering a final chance to experience the game before its April launch. This feature will allow players to seamlessly switch between devices, enhancing the overall gaming experience.
More Human Than Human
The cross-play test runs until March 30th, with sign-ups still open. While Once Human might not have captured the same PC audience as Marvel Rivals, its stylish shooter mechanics seem perfectly suited for mobile gamers. The upcoming mobile release is excellent news for those eager to experience this unique title.
