Le remake attendu depuis longtemps de Persona 4 semble passer de la rumeur à la réalité, car l'acteur de la voix Yuri Lowenthal confirme qu'il ne reprendra pas son rôle de Yosuke Hanamura dans le projet inopiné. Lowenthal, qui a exprimé Yosuke dans le Persona 4 d'origine et plusieurs spin-offs, a partagé les nouvelles de Bluesky, déclarant: «Et pour ceux qui continuent de demander, non, je ne reviendrai pas comme Yosuke pour le remake Persona 4. J'ai demandé. Peut-être que j'ai même supplié, mais ils ne veulent pas que je revienne.»
