Netflix développerait une série en prise de vues réelles de Donjons & Dragons basée sur l'univers des Royaumes Oubliés, selon des rapports de l'industrie.

Le projet est mené par le réalisateur de Deadpool & Wolverine, Shawn Levy, et le scénariste-showrunner Drew Crevello (WeCrashed), avec la participation de Hasbro.
