Lorsqu'ils y sont autorisés, ils participent activement à la vie urbaine, en suivant leur emploi du temps personnel, en allant au travail, en socialisant et bien plus encore. Même sans interaction directe des joueurs, les Smart Zois s'influencent mutuellement.

Le jeu intègre un système de « Pensée », permettant aux joueurs d'examiner les motivations derrière les actions d'un Smart Zoi. Chaque Smart Zoi réfléchit sur ses activités quotidiennes, influençant son comportement futur. Un Zoi gentil et intelligent pourrait aider les autres, tandis qu'un Zoi reconnaissant pourrait devenir le partisan enthousiaste d'un artiste de rue, attirant ainsi une foule.

Les interactions diverses et imprévisibles de ces Smart Zois créent une simulation dynamique et basée sur une histoire, aboutissant à une ville dynamique et engageante.
