Disney Mirrorverse annonce EOS d'ici le End de cette année

Disney Mirrorverse, le RPG d'action mobile présentant un mélange unique de personnages Disney et Pixar, s'arrête. Le développeur Kabam a annoncé la date de fin de service (EOS) du jeu le 16 décembre 2024.

Le jeu a déjà été supprimé du Google Play Store et tous les achats intégrés sont désactivés. Il reste environ trois mois aux joueurs pour profiter du jeu avant la fermeture définitive des serveurs.

Un retour sur Disney Mirrorverse

Lancé en juin 2022, Disney Mirrorverse proposait un principe convaincant : des batailles pleines d'action avec des héros Disney et Pixar réinventés. Cependant, une longue période bêta et des mises à jour de contenu incohérentes ont contribué à l'attrition des joueurs. Le système exigeant de collecte d'éclats du jeu, nécessitant un investissement de temps important ou des achats intégrés pour développer pleinement les personnages, s'est également révélé un défi pour beaucoup. Malgré ces inconvénients, le jeu présentait des designs de personnages impressionnants et des graphismes de haute qualité.

L'ajout récent de Cendrillon en tant que personnage jouable et un nouveau contenu d'histoire juste une semaine avant l'annonce d'EOS ont surpris et déçu de nombreux joueurs. Ce n’est pas la première fermeture brutale d’un jeu pour Kabam ; Transformers : Forged to Fight et un spin-off Marvel Tournoi des Champions ont également connu un sort similaire.
