Bandai Namco annonce NARUTO X BORUTO NINJA VOLTAGE EOS

Le RPG de stratégie de forteresse populaire de Bandai Namco, NARUTO X BORUTO NINJA VOLTAGE, s'arrêtera officiellement le 9 décembre 2024, mettant ainsi fin à près de sept ans de jeu. Ce n'est pas tout à fait inattendu, suite au sort similaire de Naruto Blazing.

Le compte à rebours final

Lancé en 2017, le jeu continuera à fonctionner jusqu'à son arrêt en décembre. Les joueurs peuvent encore profiter de plusieurs événements à venir :

  • Championnat du monde des chefs de village : du 8 au 18 octobre
  • Mission tous azimuts : du 18 octobre au 1er novembre
  • Campagne « Merci pour tout » : du 1er novembre au 1er décembre

Pendant cette période, les joueurs peuvent collecter des cartes Ninja, participer à des événements d'invocation et utiliser des objets du jeu. Il est conseillé de dépenser toutes les pièces d'or restantes avant la fermeture.

Qu'est-ce qui a conduit à la fermeture ?

Bien qu'initialement loué pour son gameplay équilibré, permettant aux joueurs de construire et de défendre des villages en utilisant leurs personnages Naruto préférés, la trajectoire du jeu a changé. L’introduction de Minato a déclenché une montée en puissance notable, aliénant de nombreux joueurs. Ceci, associé à des mécanismes de paiement pour gagner de plus en plus importants, à des récompenses gratuites réduites et à la quasi-disparition des fonctionnalités multijoueurs, a finalement contribué au déclin du jeu et à sa fermeture éventuelle. Le jeu reste disponible sur le Google Play Store pour ceux intéressés par une partie finale.
