IA'ȘI BILET is a travel platform provided by the Iași Public Transport Company. This app empowers you to handle all essential tasks for a smooth public transport journey.

Purchase travel tickets using your bank card, find your best route, and see live updates for lines, stops, and vehicles directly on the map.

Once you create an account and link a transport card, you can easily top it up with travel vouchers in the app via secure online payment. Check your card balance and active travel passes anytime.

Manage multiple transport cards under one account and handle all top-ups—whether adding credit to your e-wallet, buying new subscriptions, or renewing current ones.

After any purchase, validation, or check, you can access a full record of your transaction history.

Eligible users under current legislation may request a subsidized profile directly in the app by submitting required documents. Once approved online or at a ticket office, you can purchase or request discounted or free travel tickets through the app.

Organizations partnered with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.

When buying a ticket, nearing a pass expiration, or performing other card activities, opt in for notifications sent to your device or email.

The app helps travelers identify the optimal route from point A to point B using real-time vehicle locations.

Begin your trip from your current spot or any map location. Set your destination by searching an address, point of interest, station, or dropping a pin. You can also use past searches or saved favorites.

The app estimates walking time to the nearest stop, vehicle arrival times, and total trip duration.

Save frequently visited places to a dedicated menu page or mark them during searches on the home screen—streamlining future route planning.

See your required vehicle in real time and receive alerts for line changes during your journey.

View a line’s full route or just one direction on the map and save favorite lines. Get alerted about service issues impacting your trip.

On the dedicated lines page, search for any line and watch live vehicle movements for a chosen direction.

Select any stop from the home screen or a line's route to view all passing lines and their arrival times. See the next three arrivals and the full schedule for all lines at that station.

Locate official ticket offices on the map and check their business hours by selecting a point.

The app is available in Romanian and English, based on your device’s language setting.
