Les joueurs choisissent entre les rôles de survivant et de tueur. Le tueur est un clown terrifiant qui poursuit des filles d'anime qui doivent atteindre des objectifs dans un parc d'attractions labyrinthique. Les survivants doivent coopérer pour accomplir des missions dispersées tout en évitant le clown, en utilisant l'environnement comme couverture et dissimulation.
