C'est une tâche difficile d'empêcher les politiciens de prononcer des gaffes. Le charme original du jeu réside dans ses éléments en constante évolution. Les lundis proposent des Impeach-Mints, des Tacos du mardi, des Swifties du samedi et des tranches de pizza pour les amateurs de Pizzagate.

Les skins et accessoires Earth à débloquer, obtenus grâce à des publicités récompensées, ajoutent une autre couche de plaisir. Ceux-ci incluent un visage « monde de clown », divers chapeaux (dont un chapeau de camionneur et un chapeau de cowboy texan avec une bordure censurée) et des lunettes à éclipse solaire. Une mise à jour récente a même ajouté une coiffure célèbre.
